Community is key

In the gym we encourage and push each other until the end. No one is left behind. And beyond the barbell, we may share our recipes, drinks, and struggles as well.

Classes are at the core

Classes are offered several times each week day. On Saturdays we also offer morning classes featuring partner WODs. Nothing brings out maximum effort like WODs and classes.

Continuous improvement

We have never arrived. There is always something to be working on. If there wasn't, where would the motivation come from?

Come as you are

We're all built differently, and we're all in different stages of fitness. The important thing is progress. Leave better than when you started!

Fitness is multi-faceted

Lifting heavy weights is cool, but can you move them across large distances? Can you then run a mile or two? Then climb some ropes and do handstand walks?

Big heads not welcomed

We love throwing around heavy weights, but your head should not be one of them. Leave your ego at the door.
